Who we are
Azutech Invoices is an app by Azutech B.V., Rechtzaad 15, 4703 RC Roosendaal, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 83480110. Privacy questions: support@azutech.nl, +31 6 13 97 52 53.
What data
In the app you enter your company details (name, address, KvK number, VAT ID, IBAN, logo), your customers (names, addresses, e-mail addresses, VAT IDs) and your invoices. That data is stored only on your phone, in the app's private storage.
What we receive
Nothing. The app has no internet access, no account, no ads, no analytics and no third-party software that sends data. Azutech cannot see your data.
Sharing
Data leaves your phone only when you make it: when you share or save an invoice (PDF) or a backup, you choose the app or place it goes to (for example your e-mail app). That app's privacy policy applies to it.
Permissions
The app asks for no permissions. For your logo you use Android's photo picker; the app only sees the photo you pick.
Backups
Automatic Android backup (Google Drive) and transfer to a new device are turned off. You make a backup file yourself in Settings (Instellingen); you manage that file yourself.
Retention and deletion
Data stays on your phone until you delete it, clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Issued invoices cannot be deleted in the app (Dutch statutory retention duty); they do disappear when you uninstall the app, clear its data or restore a backup (a restore replaces everything on your phone).
Security
The data is kept in the app's private storage and is protected by your phone's screen lock and encryption.
Your customers' data
You are responsible for the personal data of your customers that you enter in the app (GDPR). Azutech does not process that data.
Children
The app is meant for business owners, not for children.
Google Play
Google processes data about downloading and installing apps under Google's own privacy policy.
Changes
If a cloud feature is added (sign-in, storage on a server), we will update this policy before that version.
